Although we do not use cookies to create a profile of your browsing behavior on third-party sites, we do use aggregate data from third parties to show you relevant, interest-based advertising. We do not provide any personal information that we collect to advertisers. You can opt out of off-site and third-party informed advertising by adjusting your cookie settings. Opting out will not remove advertising from the pages you visit, but, instead, opting out will result in the ads you see not being matched to your interests. This implies that the ad(s) you see will not be matched to your interests by those specific cookies.

Our Expectations on the Use of AI Tools
We recognize that generative AI can be a powerful tool for enhancing preparation and productivity. As a company that thrives on innovation and upholds Fail Fast and Learn as a core value, we encourage curiosity and thoughtful experimentation. However, AI must never be used to create false or misleading impressions of your skills or abilities. We will regularly review our AI policies to ensure compliance with current legislation and to minimize potential biases in our processes.
Cover Letters
You’re welcome to use AI to help with spelling, grammar, or structure, but your message should reflect your genuine voice—your goals, experiences, and personal strengths.
Resumes & Applications
AI can help polish how you present your work, but the content must truthfully reflect your lived experience. Accuracy is essential—not just for fairness, but so we can place you where you’ll thrive. If we determine that these have been misrepresented, your candidacy may be disqualified.
Interview Preparation
Feel free to use AI tools or mock interview platforms as part of your prep. Researching our industry or role using AI is a smart way to Solve for Success Together—as long as the learning is yours.
During Interviews
We want to hear from you directly. Using AI-assisted responses during interviews—such as prompts, scripts, or any other aids—does not align with our values or the intent of the process. Therefore, please refrain from using AI to supplement your performance in a video interview unless explicitly instructed or agreed upon in advance. If we detect that you’re doing so without permission or advance disclosure, your candidacy may be disqualified.
Unless previously discussed as part of an accommodation, all virtual interviews will be on-camera, and responses should reflect your own thinking. Please don’t record or transcribe conversations without prior permission due to confidentiality concerns.
Assignments and Technical Assessments
In some roles, using AI tools might be part of the assessment process. If that’s the case, we’ll provide clear guidance. Otherwise, your submissions should reflect your own skills and capabilities. Remember, we’re not looking for perfection—we’re looking for potential, authenticity, and alignment with our values. Misrepresenting your abilities here undermines the purpose of the process.
Our team is built on mastery and mutual trust, and that starts with transparency. Our goal isn’t to screen you out—it’s to understand if we can build something great together. That only works if both sides bring honesty to the table. If anything doesn’t line up, we may verify information through references or other checks, or make a decision to disqualify you.
Accessibility and Accommodations
We’re committed to inclusivity. If you need an accommodation at any stage of the process, let us know—we’ll make sure you’re supported. Please avoid including personal medical information in your request.
How Our Talent Team Uses AI
We believe AI can enhance efficiency, but it can’t replace human judgment. Here's how we currently use AI in our process:
Throughout, our focus is always on creating a candidate experience that is personal, fair, and future-forward.
